Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Standard Delivery (4-8 working days)
The cost of delivery within Europe varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping will be automatically calculated on the Checkout page when the delivery destination is confirmed, so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order.
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

We hope you’ll be pleased with each and every item you purchase here on our website. However, we will be happy to process a return for you if needed. Please contact us first then refer to the following procedure and policies when making a return.
Locate your your invoice and be sure to put it inside the box with your return merchandise. If you can’t find your paperwork, print out a copy of your order confirmation and it will work just as well.

You may use any courier you like to get the merchandise back here to us, but we strongly recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return parcel. This protects you from loss if the package should be lost, stolen, or misdelivered. You are responsible for paying the postage if you decide to make a return.
Once your return package arrives at our Returns Department, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.
To be eligible for return, items must be returned within 30 days, with all tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not process exchanges. All items mailed back to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds.
If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail your return item back to us for a refund, then place a new order for the new merchandise that you’d like to purchase.
